Mongsengee was founded in 1996.
Since Mongsengee purchased a persimmon orchard, the company has managed everything from manufacturing, sales and more. CEO Yang Soonja won the Fasville Mark, the symbol of the best handicraft manufacturing and a leading company, in 2005 from the Korea Handicraft Association. In 2006, she gained Korea Master Certificate in the field of natural dyeing.
In addition, Mongsengee developed a patent technology of Persimmon Juice Dyeing mixed with Songi stone. This process utilizes electromagnetic interception and far-infrared radiation emission. With that technology, Mongsengee has produced eco-stone, bedding, wall paper, and more.
